GenAI Teaching Transformation Pathway
InEd DL will develop and deliver a customized, onsite training for your department
based on your faculty’s identified GenAI goals, concerns and needs. Here’s the process
and link to register or download the brochure.
- Step 1 | Evaluation: A brief survey is developed by InEd provided to the dept.
lead for distribution to instructors.
- Step 2 | Review & Report: InEd will collect and synthesize the data into a concise
report highlighting your instructors’ preferences, concerns, and actionable insights.
- Step 3 | Develop & Deliver Custom Presentation: Working with the department lead,
InEd will develop and facilitate a live (2-3 hr.) collaborative training session for
the department to review findings, provide resources, and discus AI opportunities/strategies.
- Step 4 | Develop Plan: Using the provided template, during the session instructors
will create an executable individualized plan for incorporating
AI into their teaching.
- Step 5 | Reconvene & Review
A follow-up session is scheduled (typically within 2 to 3 months) to review implementation
progress, discuss successes use cases, and identify areas for further support.
