About the Series

Currently in its 22nd season, the Steinway Piano Series at USF School of Music has presented concerts and master classes by over 100 distinguished international pianists. Recent guests include Pascal Rogé, Richard Goode, John O’Conor, Arthur Greene.

Tickets for the 2025-2026 Season are being offered free of charge and are available on a first-come, first-served basis. The lobby will open 1 hour prior to the event, and the doors will open approximately 30 minutes before the performance. Please arrive ahead of time to ensure your ticket as seating is limited.

Acclaimed German pianist Natalia Ehwald's playing has been hailed as having "an almost religious quality: never mannered but arising from the deepest, most honest sensibility." She presents a program featuring Beethoven's sonata op. 109, Schumann's Davidsbündler Tänze op. 6, and Schubert's Sonata in C minorD958.

Born in Mumbai, India, international concert pianist, Fali Pavri takes us on a colorful musical voyage from India, through Bosnia-Herzegovina and on to the emotional tapestry of Chopin's 24 Preludes. Fali Pavri has performed with some of the world’s most eminent musicians including cellist, Mstislav Rostropovich, violinists Nicola Benedetti and Ilya Gringolts and singer Roderick Williams.

Arthur Greene returns to the Steinway Series for another thrilling performance featuring works by J. S. Bach, Schumann, Liszt, and Beethoven. About this program Mr. Greene writes: “I choose to play music that has the maximum emotional impact for me. I hope to communicate those feelings, and that world, to the audience. These pieces, even Bach (!), are direct expressions; as Beethoven wrote on his Missa Solemnis score, "From the heart, may it return to the heart!"

There is a fee to park at USF and this is enforced (24) twenty-four hours a day, (7) seven days a week. For College of Design, Art & Performance Events, the parking fee is waived after 7pm Monday-Friday only.
