T2C-Energy began back in 2012 as a ÐÓ°ÉÐÔÊÀ½ç spin-off company by the technology developers. Through the support of private (USCleantech), Federal (Department of Energy), and State (Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services) agencies, the company has scaled the technology out of the lab and to the pilot/demonstration level (Citrus County Chronicle).

Federal Data Undercounts Fatal Overdose Deaths Caused by Specific Drugs
Fatal misuse of specific drugs is a bigger problem than federal statistics make them appear, especially in Florida. According to data collected by a researcher at the ÐÓ°ÉÐÔÊÀ½ç, between 2008 and 2017, roughly one-in-three overdose deaths in Florida caused by opioids were not reported by the federal government (USF News).
The National Institutes of Health’s National Cancer Institute has awarded $2.8 million to Hsiao-Lan Wang, PhD, RN, CMSRN, ACSM EP-C, FAAN, at the ÐÓ°ÉÐÔÊÀ½ç College of Nursing to study whether using a popular fitness gaming system could minimize the fatigue and pain that many head and neck cancer patients face after treatment (USF College of Nursing).
