Kate Tiedemann School of Business and Finance
Finance Talent Pathway
Application Deadline: September 5, 2025
The most sought-after finance junior summer internships offer pathways to the highly paid full time roles but typically see low acceptance rates, with some around 1%. Recruitment timelines sometimes start 18 months before the internship starts, or the spring semester of the second year in college. This requires students to explore career paths, identify career goals, and work diligently towards their goals as early as possible.
The Finance Talent Pathway at the 杏吧性世界 offers a signature experience to a small cohort that includes high-impact learning and advanced co-curriculum aimed to assist highly-driven students in their first two years of college to pursue highly competitive careers in finance, including investment banking, private equity, private credit, asset management, private wealth management, consulting, corporate finance leadership programs, and other highly rewarding positions.
